Personal Lines Account Manager
The Personal Lines Account Managers are solely responsible for managing a large book of personal insurance policies. Qualified applicants will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance and have familiarity with a variety of insurance carriers, personal insurance products, services and underwriting guidelines. Experience with TAM is strongly preferred, though not necessary. Ideal applicants will be skilled multitaskers, proactive, deadline driven, comfortable in a fast paced environment and skilled in handling personal accounts while developing lasting relationships with our clients.
A candidate with a passion for both client service and technology, excellent discipline and who is a true team player will excel in this position.
Two to five years of insurance experience required, agency experience preferred.

COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Account Managers in our Commercial Lines Department are paired with one of our Producers to develop and manage a substantial book of commercial business. The Account Manager is the everyday contact for our commercial clients, and works with the Producer to quote new business and remarket existing clients.
Commercial experience is required, agency experience is preferred.
The Renewal Specialist position is an excellent opportunity for an entry level position. We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined individual to join the agency’s newest department. Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills and be detailed oriented while completing a high volume of tasks. The position will work closely with the account management team to quote and service renewing accounts.
A candidate with determination who is looking to get a strong start in the Insurance Industry will excel in this position.
COMMERCIAL AND PERSONAL LINES SUPPORT
Essential members of our agency, the support team for Personal and Commercial Lines are responsible for managing new business documents, verifying coverage and processing endorsements, among other things. Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task are essential for success in this position.
Two or more years of insurance experience is preferred.
