The Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents has announced that Chase and Lunt of Newburyport has achieved the association's Five Star Agency designation.  Following a rigorous review, this designation has only been awarded to only 32 of the more than 16,000 agencies in the state.  This places Chase and Lunt among the elite 2% of all agencies operating in Massachusetts.

The Five Star program consists of a detailed 3 day audit performed by four Regional and National experts.  The audit evaluates all facets of an agency's operation and their ability to deliver the very best price, product and service at the highest level.

Announcing the results, the auditing committee was very enthusiastic of the Chase and Lunt endorsement, particularly noting "above and beyond standards for customer service" and a demonstrated "commitment to excellence."
